SHIPPING POLICIES  

  •  All flat-rate shipping fees are applied based on the weight of the order, destination and service type. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs. Shipping time shown is an estimate. 

 SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES 

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $75 ($74.99 and under) will incur a flat-rate shipping fee.  Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.  
  • Expedited Shipping is offered by FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.  
  • To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete address for USPS. 

 SHIPPING TO CANADA 

We are happy to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to all Canadian customers using FICP shipping through FedEx. Duties and Taxes will be shown and collected at checkout; you should not receive any bills or notices from FedEx or customs. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.  

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

For all other international orders, we offer DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping using FICP shipping through FedEx. Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Runs smaller than other color.

Super bummed, the black runs a good inch to almost two inches shorter than mocha. I thought I hunted down what I wanted and now back to hoping they restock 5/6. :(

Stiff and Scratchy

This isn’t the same waffle thermal from years past. Material is stiff, scratchy and won’t soften up. Washed and air dried, tried softening it in the dryer with NO heat and it still shrank like crazy. Skip this one for sure!

I purchased the thermal hoodie in the next size up for my son, so he hasn’t been able to wear it just yet. As always the quality and style is on point like all LB products. Purchased both black and mocha and can’t wait for him to wear them. Great everyday basic hoodie.
