All flat-rate shipping fees are applied based on the weight of the order, destination and service type. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs. Shipping time shown is an estimate.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $75 ($74.99 and under) will incur a flat-rate shipping fee. Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.
Expedited Shipping is offered by FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.
To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete address for USPS.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We are happy to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to all Canadian customers using FICP shipping through FedEx. Duties and Taxes will be shown and collected at checkout; you should not receive any bills or notices from FedEx or customs. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

For all other international orders, we offer DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping using FICP shipping through FedEx. Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality just isn’t LB standards

I hate to give our favorite brand such a low rating but this hat just falls short. The first 2 hats, the poms fell off within 1 wear. I figured it was a fluke or maybe a bad batch. Little Bipsy promptly sent out replacements. Again within a wear the Poms fell off again. My mom crochets and tried to fix them but said there just wasn’t enough fabric to hold the Pom on. 3 stars because of LB’s fantastic level of customer service. Just sad because it’s such a cute hat!
