Shipping with the United States: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $35 ($34.99 and under) will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10. We also offer FedEx expedited 2Day shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout (Please note that expedited orders received after 12PM CMT will ship the following business day)
Shipping to Canada: We are happy to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to all Canadian customers using FICP shipping through FedEx. Duties and Taxes will be shown and collected at checkout, you should not receive any bills or notices from FedEx or customs. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
International Shipping: For all other international orders, we offer DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping using FICP shipping through FedEx. Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery: We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to fulfill orders within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. During Peak seasons or product launches, we may experience a higher volume of orders than usual, which may result in longer processing times. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any potential delays to our customers as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Gift Orders: If you have a specific request for a gift order placed, please leave it in the “notes” section prior to placing your order. If we are sending it directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to provide the gift recipients address as the destination address. If you forgot to leave a specific request in the “notes” section, please send an email to email@example.com and refer to your purchase invoice number in the email subject line.
