SHIPPING POLICIES
- All flat-rate shipping fees are applied based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type. Shipping time shown is an estimate, and does not include order processing time.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $75 ($74.99 and under) will incur a flat-rate shipping fee. Your order’s subtotal must be $75 or more after discounts are applied, before taxes and fees, to qualify. Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.

Expedited Shipping is offered through FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.

To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete and correct address for USPS.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
All international orders are shipped by FedEx with estimated delivered within 7-14 business days.
Please note, we do not ship to International P.O. Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled.
DUTY AND TAX CHARGES
As of April 1, 2024 we have changed our tax and duty collection policy from DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You will no longer see or pay landed costs, including duties and taxes, at checkout.
If applicable, international duties and taxes will be collected by FedEx upon delivery. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We automatically apply our shipping insurance, ROUTE, to all orders during the checkout process. By declining package protection, Little Bipsy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
You can report an issue to ROUTE through their mobile app, the email you receive from ROUTE after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. You must file a claim with ROUTE within their timeline to receive a resolution. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!
