A Night to Remember | Festival of Trees 2022

This past weekend Little Bipsy had the chance to sponsor and attend a charity event known as the Festival of Trees. This glamorous event hosts an auction each year to raise money for our local NICU. Many businesses from all over Snohomish County come together to provide gifts, vacations, as well as decorated trees and wreaths to be auctioned off for the cause. The LB tree was designed and decorated by our incredibly talented Customer Service Manager and Donation Coordinator, Amy Hirata, with a theme that expressed “ Soft Elegance for Baby’s First Christmas” beautifully. It will stand proudly in our local NICU, along with 700 of our Newborn baby boxes to be given to the families staying there. Many of the tree’s decorations were handcrafted and generously donated by local artists, Rachael from Maven Concrete and Kim from Simply Mystic Glass and Crystals. Rachael made the “Baby’s first Christmas” ornaments, while Kim made the gorgeous angel wing ornaments and the tree topper pieces. We can’t thank them enough for sharing their beautiful work, and for helping Amy’s vision for the tree come together. Our team was overwhelmed with excitement and emotion as we listened to those around us bidding on the tree. It was a symbol of Brittani's vision and greater plan for the company, as well as the hard work, dedication and care she and her team put into Little Bipsy. To hear it eventually be sold for 22,000 dollars to be donated to the NICU along with the 700 newborn boxes was overwhelming to say the least, but in the most magical way. It was truly a night to remember. With the sparkling trees, glittering guests and spirit of giving in the air, the Festival of Trees was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. Everyone here at HQ is so excited for this major step for Brittani and the company, and eager to see what the next year brings. But for now, we've got 700 newborn boxes to start packing!
