Return + Exchange Policy

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Please note that returns from online purchases must be processed through our return portal below. Once a return label is generated, you have 7 days to ship your package back to us.

 

  • Items returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition with original tags. If items are found to be used or worn at the time of receipt, eligibility for refund will be denied and the customer may be required to pay for return shipping.  

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for confirmation of refund or exchange.  

  • Please note that we charge a $5.00 Return Shipping Fee for items sent back for a refund.This fee will be applied to each individual return form created, so we recommend processing all the items you want to return from an order at the same time.  

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color ONLY, so long as they are the same price. If the item is unavailable a refund will be provided.   

  • Online orders cannot be returned in-store. Please use our online return portal to make online returns. 

  • *We DO NOT accept online returns at our Flagship store in Edmonds, WA*   

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

  • All “Outlet,” "Imperfect," and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and are not applicable for return and/or exchange. 
     
  • Please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing sale items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once an order has been processed.  

GIFT RETURNS 

  • When returning a gift, please contact customer service at support@littlebipsy.com with the original purchaser's name, email, or order number. Once the package is received, our team will process the return for store credit to you.    

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

  • International returns are subject to shipping costs associated with returning and/or exchanging the item(s). 

  • Return labels are not available for international orders. If you wish to make a return, please take your item(s) to your local post office and mail them to Little Bipsy, 3601 N. McDonald St., Suite 100, McKinney, TX 75071 USA.
