socks faqs

How do I know my child's sock size?

Go by shoe size, not age. Our sock sizes match shoe size ranges, so check the chart on the product page against the shoes they're wearing now.

What sock size does a 4T to 7 year old wear?

Sock size is based on shoe size rather than age, so we recommend checking your child’s current shoe size to find the best fit. Since kids’ feet grow quickly, we recommend choosing the size they wear now rather than sizing up.

Do these socks stay up?

Yes. Our socks are made stretchy with a snug cuff so they stay put rather than disappearing into shoes halfway through the day.

What's the difference between crew socks and ankle socks?

Crew socks sit at the lower calf and work well with trainers, boots, and cooler weather. Ankle socks sit at or just below the ankle for a lower profile in warmer months.

How many pairs of socks does a child need?

Around 10 to 14 pairs cover a week between washes. Buying multipacks in one colour also makes rematching after a wash much easier.

Why do kids' socks keep going missing in the wash?

Small socks slip into sleeves, duvet covers, and the gap around the drum seal. A mesh laundry bag solves most of it.
