Return Policy

We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase from littlebipsy.com for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. Items must meet the below criteria to be considered an eligible return: 

  • Items must be in new condition, including all tags and packaging, free of stains and wear.

  • Items must have been purchased at full price, not at a discount. Items marked as "Final Sale", "Imperfect", or otherwise are not returnable. 

There is an $8 Return Fee for items returned for a refund back to the original method of purchase, and a $4 Return Fee for items returned for a merchandise credit. You can exchange an item for the exact same product in a different size for a $4 Return Fee. Please process exchanges and returns separately. 

 

All returns are inspected when they are received at the LB warehouse. If an item expected to be returned is missing from the package or if a returned item is considered to be invalid, your store credit will be affected, or you will be sent an invoice for that item. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.

International Orders

Return labels are not available for international orders at this time. If you wish to make a return, please take your item(s) to your local post office and mail them to Little Bipsy, 3601 N. McDonald Street, Suite 100, McKinney, TX 75071 USA.  Little Bipsy is not responsible if a package does not make it to our warehouse. Once the return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Currently we are only able to offer refunds. There will be no additional fees to process your return. 

Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item andsubmitto customer service at support@littlebipsy.com. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective. We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage.

Damaged in Transit 

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please file a claim with Route. If you declined Route package protection you will need to file a claim with the mail carrier.

Return from a Retail Partner

If you purchased an item from any of our retail partners and would like to make a return, you have to make the return directly with that retailer. We cannot process returns for items not purchased directly from our website.

Little Bipsy Showroom & Flagship Store

• Items purchased in either our McKinney, TX or Everett, WA showrooms can be returned to the showroom you purchased from. Items purchased from our Flagship Store in Edmonds, WA can only be returned to that store.Please note the same return policy applies to in-store purchases as to online purchases.

• Local Pick Up orders follow the same return policy as items purchased directly from a showroom.
