Local Order Pick Up  

Local Pick Up orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Once notified, orders not picked up within 5 business days will be canceled and refunded. 

 

General Shipping Policy Statement

Additionally, we offer optional add-ons or buy-ups such as shipping protection and expedited shipping to enhance your shopping experience and give you more control over your delivery preferences. US (Domestic) Shipping Policy  

  • Orders will be charged a calculated shipping rate based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type. Shipping time shown is an estimate and does not include order processing time.

  • Expedited Shipping is offered through FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 pm CST will ship the following business day.  

  • To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete and correct shipping address with full highway names instead of abbreviations (e.g. use US Highway 10 instead of US10 or US-10 or Route 10). 

  • We ship to APO & FPO addresses. 

 

International (Canadian) Shipping Policy  

  • As of July 22, 2024, we no longer ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. You can still make purchases from anywhere in the world as long as your order is being shipped to the U.S. or Canada.  

  • Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type. 

  • All Canadian orders are shipped by DHL with estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.  

  • We do not ship to International P.O. Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address. International orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled.  

 

International (Canadian) Duties and Taxes 

  • For international orders, we use the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) method.  

  • This means that you will not pay landed costs, including duties and taxes, at checkout.  

  • If applicable, these duties and taxes will be collected by the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL) upon delivery. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Shipping Insurance 

  • Shipping protection is offered as an optional add-on during the checkout process. The consumer can choose whether or not to purchase this coverage. 

  • The cost of shipping protection will be clearly displayed once the check box is enabled during checkout and is calculated at a variable rate depending on the value of the order.  

    • > $100 – Flat $1.95 

    • < $100 – 2.5% of the subtotal of the order 

  • Shipping Protection provided by Route is an added layer of protection to your order which ensures replacement if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. By not selecting package protection, Little Bipsy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

  • You can report an issue to Route through their mobile app, the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. You must file a claim with Route within their timeline to receive a resolution.  

  • Exclusions: Shipping protection does not cover issues resulting from incorrect address entry or damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
