Celebrating Texas one-year anniversary | WAREHOUSE SALE + MORE!

We can't believe it's been one year since we opened our Texas doors! To celebrate, we've planned a big event with food trucks, local vendors +  a warehouse sale. And of course, we'd love for you to join!

To improve your experience this is a ticketed event that will support our local community + prevent crowding. ALL ticket proceeds will be split evenly between three local charities (continue reading for more ticket + charity info).

Event Details

What should I expect?

  • LB warehouse sale + vendor pop ups 
  • Food trucks will be available for additional cost from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day
  • Ticketed time slots (2 hours each)

  • Address: 3601 N. McDonald St, Suite 100, McKinney, TX 75071
What's the schedule?
  • July 6- 11:30 a.m. Ribbon Cutting Event with McKinney Chamber of Commerce. Ticketed time slots to follow from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • July 7 - Ticketed time slots from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • July 8 - Ticketed time slots from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What time?

  • Plan to arrive for the time slot allotted to you on your ticket(s).
  • NO NEED to arrive early since your ticket(s) reserves your time frame for you!

What about the tickets?

  • Tickets are $10 each. One ticket required per person, kids are no charge!

  • Apricot Lane Boutique -- Locally-owned women's fashion, jewelry + more! At our event July 6.
  • Beaded Roots -- Handmade, on trend bracelets. Made by an 11-year-old entrepreneur. At our event on July 7.
  • Boots + Roots Apparel -- Local + cowgirl fashion. At our event July 6.
  • CJs Thread And Timber -- Wood signs + decor. At our event July 8.
  • Cotton & Wildflowers -- Handmade dog bandanas + dog mom gear. At our event July 6, 7, 8.
  • Edwards Floral Design -- Potted succulents. At our event July 8.
  • The Freckled Birch -- Handmade, custom wooden signs + more. At our event July 7.
  • Frenchi Lu -- Hand-poured, 100% organic, soy wax candles. At our event our July 8.
  • Hugs Cafe -- (see charities for more info) selling homemade cookies, jams + pretzels. At our event July 6.
  • Knot + Tassel -- Handmade bracelets + earrings. At our event July 6.
  • Leia's Kids -- (see charities for more info) selling a children's book about a princess childhood cancer survivor. At our event July 7.
  • Linda Bonner Studios -- Handcrafted cards + original art. At our event July 8.

 

What are the food vendors?

  • July 6 -- Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Just a Little Bowl, Tea2Go TeaN'ergy
  • July 7 -- Creekside BBQ
  • July 8 -- Tre Fiamme Pizza and Gelato

 

What are the charities?

  • Holy Family School -- Holy Family School provides a safe, loving Christian early childhood education for culturally, economically and ethnically diverse children in McKinney, TX and the surrounding communities. This nonprofit promotes a sense of self worth, a respect for others and love for learning by using a development curriculum designed to allow each child to grow, develop and learn to his/her fullest potential in partnership with parents in the local community.
  • Hugs Cafe -- Hugs Cafe Inc is a non-profit social enterprise in McKinney, Texas dedicated to providing meaningful training and competitively-paid employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is their passion to offer a place of hope, understanding, grace, and success to each individual so they may be recognized for their abilities and talents in the community. 
  • Leia's Kids -- Leia's Kids focuses on holistically helping children + their families battling childhood cancer. This foundation offers emotional support and connects families together to form a community.

 

What do I bring?

  • We will provide shopping bags, but bringing extra never hurt anyone! Especially if you plan to buy a lot of/bulkier items. Wagons + strollers are permitted :)
  • Bring yourselves, your little stylers + and all that excited energy!

 

Anything else?

  • Dressing rooms will not be available. But we will have mirrors!
  • Payment will be debit + credit ONLY.
  • All SALE items will be FINAL SALE.
  • You'll be able to shop our Core + new collections for 15% off while you're in line. There will be QR code provided + your order will be ready for pick up when you check out!
